Valerian is an herb used for your nervous system and it helps calm you down. Valerian is typically used for sleep disorders and anxiety. Symptoms such as heart palpitations, high blood pressure, high pulse rate, and other symptoms can be treated with the use of valerian.

You can use valerian for approximately four weeks. It is recommended that you take valerian at 1″1 tincture. For adults wanting long-term treatment for anxiety, do not take more than 1 ml diluted of valerian with water, and no more than three times a day. For a one-time treatment, take 5 ml of valerian diluted in water every two hours. In addition, you can take valerian thirty minutes before an anxiety attack.
